I implemented DoQ upstream support in Blocky and cut encrypted DNS latency from 20ms to 4ms on my homelab.
I wanted the microvm.nix VMs on my homelab server to show up in machinectl and to be easy to SSH into over VSOCK. systemd 259 finally added the machined API needed to register richer VM metadata.
